John grew up going to church, never got into any serious trouble, and seemed like a really good kid. He only got busted once in the Army, and also greatly helped the German brewers business. After college he joined the sales department with King Edward Cigar Company for 15 years, then bought the Ginter Box Company. He later bought a box company in Atlanta, another one in Murphreesboro, Tenn, and Benner Glass Company in Jax. Life was good until the recession of the 1980's, when he lost all four companys. He become depressed and comtemplated suicide.
In the summer of 2009 John was hit with a mysterious disease. The doctors couldn't find any other doctors in the U.S. that knew what he had, and they told John's wife that they might put him in hospice, which meant the end of the line. Along the way he ran 18 River Runs and 3 marathons.
Come hear about the miracles in his life that have made him one of the happiest people on earth!
